I want to thank Leslie Cutrer for the wonderful experience we had in dealing with her on a rental. We have rented autos and trucks many times over the years (more years than I would admit to) and have never found anyone more friendly and efficient than Leslie.
Our vehicle was having major transmission work performed by the Dodge dealer. We were referred to Enterprise. I had dealings locally with them in the past and was not satisfied with the attitude of the personnel, not really concerned and did not reserve a car as they indicated by phone.
From the first moment I talked to Leslie, I knew that I had called the right company!
We had to keep the car longer than planned as the repair took 7 days not the 3 that we were told. No problem!!
The car was great, the service excellent and the smile made my day!
